• To review the current appraisal system and recommend any changes.

• To formulate an employee handbook that all employees will recognise as the rules and regulations at work.

• To evaluate personal specifications and write accurate job descriptions.

• Improve recognition awards and benefits to all levels within the team.

• To instigate new ideas (Bright sparks!) that will motivate and enthuse the team to deliver within a timely effective manor.

• To instigate a training programme suitable to your business.
