Tory is an experienced operator with more than 15 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry. As a Club Manager, a Group Operations Executive and now as a self employed specialist the FIA has consulted Tory on a range of issues and topics. More recently Tory was appointed by the FIA as a judge for the Flame Awards in 2004 and 2005. This entailed auditing approximately 60 different Health & Fitness Clubs and Centres in the United Kingdom against statutory and industry standards.

Tory is a very enthusiastic individual who thrives on challenges and working with different teams and environments.
