Anna-Marie Dowling: Le Meridian

The Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel appointed Traffic Health and Fitness Limited to oversee and manage the development and refurbishment of our Health Club and Spa (Previously Champneys).

The project included:

Liaison with the architect and project team, to ensure that the layout and design would work operationally.

Development of comprehensive operational systems and procedures, including, reception, gym, swimming pool and health and safety.

The recruitment and training of a completely new team.

The development of financial projections for operating income and expenditure.

As a result of the successful launch of the Club in April 2005, we have retained Traffic Health and Fitness to work with the new Manager and his team.

I would have no hesitation in recommending “Traffic” who has made a significant contribution to the success of the new Club.
