Product - Know what the facility has and its USP's.
• Price - Understand the membership and pricing
structure, including the secondary revenue streams.
• People - Who is in the team and what their
capabilities are? What types of members are there within
the club?
• Process - What systems are in place and what are the
current standing operating procedures?
What is the benefit/value?
• To sustain stability within the business.
• To ensure the club team has a leader and
decision-maker from simple day to day decisions to
agreeing financial expenditure.
• To adhere to current standards or implement and
upgrade procedures, once agreed, to ensure members,
guests and investors are satisfied by the facility.
• To manage the business to the comprehensive brief
given.
