The outcome of having a mystery shop programme has brought greater sales focus and a clear and consistent process delivered to all prospects of which I am delighted.
However, from the mystery shops we agreed to hold several debrief meetings/workshops where Tory Brettell presented 'the scores on the doors' and the highs and lows of each mystery shop. This workshop was not all about the club results but how we could improve and this was from the telephone call, to the close, overcoming objections to the follow up. The workshops were very well received especially with Tory's enthusiasm and motivation to the entire group. So much so we have booked further training and motivation sessions with Tory and the mystery shop programme continues.
